Payne Air Conditioning & Heating

Did it all in one day. Great service. Even though they had to get another part. Really nice and polite guys. We have used this company for over ten years and are very pleased.

Came home from Christmas shopping to find our AC was not working. I called Payne's answering service and they had someone out first thing in the morning. We realized we had missed our annual service over the summer but our tech Dustin and Rachel from the office worked with us to get our service plan up to date and our unit repaired, saving us money!! I've read comments about people being rude or being over charged but wanted to leave this to say they have always been a great company for us, always kind, courteous and more than fair on pricing.

Derek has always been very helpful and responsive when assisting our facility. I appreciate his thoroughness in detailing the issues, recommending solutions, and his consistent follow through to make sure our ice machines are working properly.

Christina is AWESOME. Called this morning in a panic, my thermostat was acting up and summer is around the corner. As I was explaining what was happening, she told me I needed to clean the drain lines. Now, I pour bleach down the lines every few months and didn't believe her. However, with her on the phone, I went out and checked them. Oh my gosh!! Looked like two pounds of horse snot!.. I was able to unclog the line and water began flowing out of the line like a spigot. Everything working as designed now. Give the woman a raise!

Called Payne for a furnace problem with a cold snap coming on. They were able to get a serviceman out very quickly. Cameron was very professional, very friendly and really went the extra mile for us, getting us heat for the night and saving us a substantial amount of money when, at first, it looked like we might need a new system..

Thank you from the residence of Schalamar Creek, every winter we come into town we contact Payne and you guys do an amazing job. Thank you, Adam, Koby, Raymond, David, Jeff, Donnie, Derrick, Craig, Keith, Doug, Dale, Rusty, Russ, James, special thanks to Cameron Kemeys Gregory Wilson and all the guys from the maintenance department :) We love you guys! What I like about Payne is their great service, great prices,and excellent people, but most of all, their integrity. We had a quote from another company which said we needed a whole new AC unit. We called Payne for a second opinion and they found that it was only a faulty contactor and replaced it for a very low price, which truly saved us several thousand dollars!

We have a newborn and a 2 1/2 Y/O and woke up to a couple sweat soaked and I’m sure you can imagine unhappy boys. I called around and were promised by quite a few others that they could get here the next day or later in the day at the earliest. I’m fact one company told me I needed a whole new unit without even looking at it!
I called Payne this morning early (4:30) and left a message. They called me back and took some basic info. And within an hour had a very respectable, Knowledgeable tech show up and discovered that the blower fan motor was bad. Which was under factory warranty. He then drove to the south side of lakeland to get a new one, returned, had it installed and cooling down the house within an hour. I only paid for labor and the initial service call fee. Gladly!!!
Great company, honest people and would defiantly recommend them to everyone I ever talk to about HVAC!

Our church recently relocated to Lakeland from Winter Park, FL. I called Payne Air Conditioning because something wasn’t working right with the unit. Greg Wilson was the teach that came out to the church and he was very helpful, informative, polite, caring and knowledgeable of his job and what he was doing. He advised me not to worry that he would get the church AC unit taking care of and he did! 🙌🏽
