Payne Air Conditioning & Heating

Payne's technician, Raymond was at my house for semi-annual service call today. Unfortunately, for me, a few issues came up. Fortunately, for me, Ray was able to make sense of all of it, offer my options and provide excellent analysis for me to make a decision on what could and should be done. Have been a very satisfied customer for the past 3 years since moving into the area, and keeping Payne ,who did the original work.

I was having trouble with my old unit. Greg Wilson came and worked on it and it's been working amazing ever since. He was polite professional and got the job done quick. I haven't had any problems with my AC since. If I do I will be sure to use this company again.

Our air conditioner started acting up and after a couple of days it was really getting hot. We called Payne they told us they would be out the same day. They arrived and did the job and now we are cool again. I really appreciated the message that identified who was coming and a picture of the tech. Jeff G. did a great job.

Monty always ensures the job is done correctly and always strives to make sure that repairs are done as economically as possible.

Today we had to make a service call for Payne Air to come out. We had the honor of having Gregory as our rep today. He was quick, friendly and informational. We appreciate all the work that Payne Air does as a whole...and we appreciate Gregory.
We will be requesting him as our rep more often.

Wow! Thanks again Payne for another wonderful job! I can't say enough good things about Payne. The install techs came in and replaced the plenum box quickly and the tech even had me look at the job when he was finished. Thank you to Adam, Dustin and everyone at Payne. I wouldn't even think about using another AC contractor with service like this!

Their team was great. They really helped me get my system up and running again. Office staff was very professional. The service tech that worked on my a/c was very knowledgeable and treated my home as his own. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

We have a newer system that is less than 2 years old but stopped working last week. (There was no air coming out of the vents). Zeek came by earlier than expected (we were expecting him late afternoon and he came in early afternoon). He identified the problem, replaced the part and had our system back to working within an hour. Also, the ladies whom I spoke to on the phone were pleasant. Great service. Highly recommend.

Dereck was great! Figured out an issue w/ our thermostat that others could not. Even serviced a few things on our old air-handler since he was up in the attic. We noticed improvement in our system right away and couldn't be more pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Payne!

Had some issues with my AC unit and after researching a few places decided to go with Payne. Raymond did a very good job at fixing my cooling issues. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future.
