My AC stopped working on Thursday evening. I called the company that installed my AC because I have a labor and part warranty through them. I was informed they were short a technician and couldn't send anyone for at least 5 days. It is the middle of summer and almost 100 degrees outside....So a coworker suggested One Hour Air Conditioning. When I called the person who answered was very sweet and sympathetic, she immediately started working on finding me an appointment. She did her best to work me in that day, but the technician ended up coming first thing the next morning. Jean Claude was very nice, professional and had the problem resolved quickly. I greatly appreciate them for getting my AC up and running eventhough it's a holiday weekend and not just putting me off for the next 5 days.

Eric was very professional, on time and empathetic towards our problem. If I get too hot, I have seizures.He diagnosed and fixed our problem very quickly. He told me about the service program, which I took advantage of. Eric took pictures of problems in my attic that were problems with my AC that would make my air flow better and explained why. That explained a lot to me. He gave me an estimate and I will be getting the work done soon. Eric was very friendly and I thank him very much!! I would recommend this company!

Eric came out to our house on A Sunday afternoon as our a/c quite working. After going over the system and the codes my husband had recorded. He got the A/c back on temporarily with out no guarantees on how long it will run. After asking several pointed questions about the issue from the other day the issue today and previous issues we have had. It was decided we just need to replaced the whole unit.

Eric was very patient with us when he got here made sure he answered all of our questions and concerns. He will be back tomorrow to design the best way to lay our duck work to get the most efficientciey out of the air and also place vents where they properly need to be placed. He is also going to take out three return air vents and enlarge two of them to make the unit for efficient. Once Eric left our home me and my husband felt confident in what he said and what he was going to do. Way to Go One Hour Air when bringing Eric aboard.

Just wanted to let everyone know as someone who grew up in Florida, it's hard to find a good AC company that's good , fast and fair priced, they came out, Eric was the technician diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and was in-and-out within the hour very professional definitely recommend them.

The tech was efficient and gave me some good advice….. that being said according to the invoice I was charged $236.00 for a capacitor that I found online for under $13.00 !!!
Although I do understand the convenience of having it on the truck I still feel I was taken advantage of.
I’ll just fix it myself next time.

Omar worked with me to make sure the unit was clean. I have used One Hour for the last 3 years and they are honest and don't try to upsale what I don't need. I recommend their service and was pleased with the tech Omar.

I have used this company multiple times in the past to install my personal ac unit and have always found them to be honest and reliant. Unfortunately I have called them out this time because there is an issue with my ac unit. The first tech they sent out was not sure what the issue was but because something was blocked it could be that but because I was not happy paying $1,500 to maybe fix the machine was upset that I didn't trust him even though he is a senior technician, he ended up leaving. I called one hour air to express my frustration and was told the area manager would call me back. He didn't but another appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician called me to let me know he was on his way at 9am. I was not prepared for him but did inform him that my father with Parkinsons was in the house and the door was open. He called me to let me know that my dad had fallen and couldn't get up himself and the dogs were barking and that he was going to do his inspection. I left work to see to my father and while on my way I got another phone call saying that something was blocked and this was 100% going to fix the issue problem was that he didn't do a complete inspection and wasn't willing to because even though I have problems with my duct work he believes that installing a filter tray under the unit will rectify all problems for the future. I told him that right now it just needs to get fixed and it is now costing about $2,500 and he doesn't recommend cleaning it because it will likely break something. In the end he didn't leave no paperwork but charged me $89 diagnosis fee. It's a shame. I called someone other company out and they fixed it for a grand total of $250. It's a shame when a company you have been using for years disappoints you like this. I sure do not trust them anymore.

He was very knowledgeable and he handle my issue with care. He fixed the problem in a timely manner as well. I would recommend this company to anyone; especially with there competitive prices.

absolutely the worst service ever. they took my money over a year for their 'yearly service plan' that should be called 'take my money all year and ignore your calls, service plan'. i am sending a complaint to the BBB and the commerce department.
When the second tech came out months ago, they blew the breaker to my whole house. and he would have left if i didn't run outside to catch him. he spent the entire time on the phone with someone who was 'training him' i am not sure but it wasn't good
