Team showed up on time and went right to work. Had a few communication issues but smoothed them out. Installation took about 5 hours give or take a few minutes. When completed everything looked great. Since I do have a little knowledge on hvac I did not have a lot of questions. I would highly recommend One Hour Air Conditioning. Our routine maintenance appointment was conducted by Imed Sahli. He is an Excellent technician. Upon inspection, he diagnosed a severe buildup of dirt and mold inside the unit. He thoroughly cleaned and made repairs while keeping me informed of his progress both verbally and with pictures and videos. He also installed a UV light system that will eliminate future buildup. He also took special care during cleaning by not using any chemicals that might cause harm to me, due to my allergies. I appreciate his Honesty and Excellent job performance and would highly recommend Scott’s One Hour , because of this continued service. Thank You , Billie Craig

1 hour air conditioning? More like one month air conditioning. We’ve been waiting for our part to come in for over a month now, and still hasn’t been processed. Order was back ordered, never was notified, staff has poor communication, manager never reached out to me back after calling in. And after all this, to this day our AC is still not fixed. Never again.
