They came the same day that I called Tucker was very nice and informative explained everything he needed to do and have the AC up and running I will definitely use them in the future and refer to all my friends

Jason has always been quick to respond. Tucker is the one normally to come out and service my AC and he is great! Very honest, easy to speak with and he makes sure he gets the job done. He never wants to seem like he isnt working.. all around great people and I suggest them over anyone else when people need AC repairs.

I can definitely see why this company has 5 stars. Amazing and professional And they come on Sundays and they don't make you wait. They are the best and I will never use anyone else thank you Blake and thank you Jason Fallin!

After waking up to my A/C not working and 84 degrees inside my home, the tech showed up less than 3 hours after I called for service, found and fixed the minor problem, and was gone in 20 minutes, after recommending a maintenance visit, since it has been awhile since the last one, (which I gladly made the appt.)
It’s now 5 hours after I called for service, and my house is cool once again!

2nd opinion & training session on another company’s unit. Basically, power surge hit causing circuit board that’s on cargo ship in an ocean…my unit has temporary fix, I have MS & needed info to run more efficiently. Tucker provided the basics of a/c 123 & ran through unit needs like fluids, talked about other means to work an a/c more efficient until circuit appears from beyond! I called during weekend rates, and 2 hours later my MS was lifting! Well worth weekend rates! Tucker was informative, timely, professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

Last Thursday I called Fallons after my home warranty company refused to fix/repair my AC. They were here that afternoon and got me back up. As the unit was 14+ years old I said to get a new one. In the meantime they did a fix on the old system to get me through until the new one was installed this week. Friday night we had a horrible storm and I awoke Saturday to a very hot house. As it was the weekend, I did not call them back. Today, Tuesday I called to check on the install date. While talking to Jason, I told him what had happened. He immediately said he would have me back up today until they new system is installed in a couple of days at no charge. Tucker got here earlier than I expected and quickly fixed the compactor. It started cooling immediately. After spending Saturday thru Monday days and nights roasting, I was delighted. I had thought I could wait it out with fans, but it was too hot (90 degrees) inside. I highly recommend Fallons. I have used them in our rental properties and business after the previous company constantly told me I had to have a new AC even when it was under warranty - at a new AC price, not to mention they at least double the price. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. If you want great quality service, call them. You won't regret it.

Called and texted that night when ac stopped working, received text back within a hour giving me a appointment time and in next morning was fixed! On time and excellent service, totally recommend.
