My unit kept kicking off and would only stay on a couple of minutes at a time. I submitted my request online. I got a callback and text about 15 minutes later. I called the office back and the woman who helped me was extremely helpful and informative. After our call, I received a text that Trenell was on his way and the time was exact. He checked my system, cleared out the clogged drain, and used his insulation tape to better seal the return so there wasn't so much air escaping. He was great and very professional and fast. Excellent service!

My tech, Anthony Simeon, was extremally professional and informative. He did the job perfectly and quickly. I gave only 4 stars due to miscommunication issues with the company itself.

Service was great. A tech actually showed up when they were supposed to. They diagnosed and repaired my condenser unit within an hour. The issue I have is charging me almost $400 for a capacitor for my condenser. A capacitor which costs less then $45 on Amazon and only has 3 wires and 2 screws. When the tech asked me if I wanted him to change it, he should have discussed the price. I was blind sided when I was handed the bill. I paid it because I should have asked but I won't forget to ask again. 1 star for the punctuality, 1 star for being polite, 1 star for the speed of actual service, but minus 2 stars for not disclosing price of the part first. Thank you for the experience.

My A/C went out on Thursday. Finally called for Benjamin and Franklin service on Friday. Turned out AC was 24 years old and not saveble. Technician Dominic with One Hour Air came out next day on Saturday and spend the afternoon putting new AC unit, duct work and electrical. He went above and beyond for us. This is a guy you really want to put in your AC.

Can’t say enough great things about this company. Customer service is A+, they operate 7 days a week, and of course fixed our AC issues. Pricing is fair too. I called Saturday morning around 10a and the next available appt was 2 hours from then! Had to schedule it for Sunday, and they were here right on time that morning. Very punctual and flexible with scheduling.

Excellent servicing of our air conditioning unit. The thermostat needed to be repaired, but tech was unable to repair, parts were not available to order, instead the technician replaced the thermostat with another type of thermostat. Service was excellent. The technician, Anthony Simeon, is an excellent technician. He is very efficient, through, and meticulous. Very honest and trustworthy. He explains everything in detail, answering all of my questions and concerns. I will request Anthony for all my servicing needs.
