Anthony was great at explaining what he was doing and what the parts were for and what he recommended for my AC unit. He discovered that the return duct was collapsed and needed replacement. Thanks to him I wouldn’t have known it was a problem.

I was not happy with the bill of $274.00. The Labor arrive approximately about eightish and out by ninish. When I talked to Mr. Scott he stated that the cost would be $69.00 and some change. I didn't even receive a bill for my record. If I would have known it was going to cost that much . I would have opt for the next day service. I know you are in the business of May đź’° but the customer should be able to make the best decision for them. When the owner tell you one thing and doesn't share it with the worker. There is lack of communication which6 can cause problems later on in a business. You should have been upfront on the cost. I don't know the name of the service. Please send me a copy of the receipt. Thank you

I was happy about the time they came, they had a cancellation and called to see if they could come earlier. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Price for fan motor, capacitor and contactor was extremely high though at $931. I did not purchase from them a universal motor and accessories. I ordered the original motor from online at $152 with contactor and capacitor. Their cost for motor was $586, contactor was around 200 and capacitor was around 170. My find was more reasonable priced for the parts. The last condenser fan motor cost me $550 installed with capacitor and contactor from another company. I priced it out myself then too and it would have been around $200 then for the parts.

The professionalism, service and attention to deatail is exceptional. The work being done is to replace very old air ducts. A great deal of time and effort was taken to understand hot and cold spots throughout the house followed by many measurements and calculations to ensure adjustments where made with the new installation to provide improved airflow throughout the house rather than just install new duct with current layout. Responsiveness was impressive, I called on Tuesday and work began Friday!

He answered all of my many questions and and took the time to explain some of the inner working of my air conditioning unit. He is really great at what he does and is extremely patient. Scott needs a name change. We pay the monthly service to be “gladiator” member but it doesn’t get us much. They have repaired the same board on our unit 4 times and the last two times have been within a month of each other. When the board goes bad we are without A\C. They come out, they order the part, and we cross our fingers it can be fixed the next day. Our A/C went out late on a Thursday night so we called them at 8 AM on Friday, they came out, same part, and said they would order the part and we would be the first stop on Saturday morning. We called them at 9 AM on Saturday and they said the part is in just waiting on a driver. It is currently 3:30 pm on Saturday and we were just told it would probably be Monday before they would be out here. As you can imagine when it’s 90 degrees outside it becomes quite miserable inside. I would definitely do some more research before trusting this company.
