Oussama was one of the most professional & thorough tech I've had pleasure to have come to my home. With working from home due to Covid-19, present a few challenges, he did his best to work quietly and quickly. Now, I have two favorite techs Jose A. & Oussama to call upon when I need help.

We called One Hour Air, and they came out on a weekend to fix our unit. Our technician was Sean Granville and he was extremely helpful. He explained what the problem was and got it up and running in just a few minutes. Quick, professional, and timely service. I would recommend One Hour Air again!

Had a PM today done by Will Lind from Scott's One Hour Air. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained what he had done was very personable. Having been in the customer service business myself, I'd say he's a keeper. Thank you Will.

BEWARE! WAY over priced! They came out and didn't even really look at the unit. They told us our entire AC Would need to be replaced. Inside and out. They quoted us $10,500!!! We called around to get other prices. Through a different, reputable company we have the exact same stuff being replaced PLUS more for ONLY $5,500!!! So thankful we shopped around a little more. I get it they're their own company and can set their own prices, but seriously?? THAT much more?? No thanks. After reading some reviews on here this seems to be their thing. Try to get you to replace the entire AC for 10k! Shop around people!! You WILL find cheaper!!

Contacted company after I saw a huge billboard on Polk Parkway 570 in Lakeland advertising free service plans for Veterans. I was told first that they had no idea what I was talking about and that someone needed to give me a call back about service details. Once I received a call back the employee told me that the plan was no longer available because too many people signed up.

I would not give this company my business because I feel if you are going to give a military discount it should be genuine and not just to make your company look good then take it away once it doesn’t benefit your profits anymore. They could have at least changed it to a discounted service plan or something.

Biggest rip off ever !!!!! They came to my house; cost me $197.00 for them to come out because it was after hours then another $350 for the attempt to fix the air conditioning buy changing the capacitor. All together cost me $550.00. The guy left after 15min. Still the same problem. So nothing was fixed for the $ 550.00
I called again. Another guy came the next day, looked at the air conditioning and found a bunch of other problems which the first guy did not find. He then offered me to refund the $550.00 if I bought a new air conditioning system, which would cost me about $9000. At that point I had it and called another company. They put in the same type of system which One Hour Air offered me for $9000.00 for $3400.00. Buy the way, when the old system was removed I told the technicians to give me the new capacitor which One Hour Air put in 2 days before for $ 350.( Takes about 2 minutes to hook it up) I looked up the price for this capacitor. You can order it online for $16.60.
After the whole story I filed a complaint and talked to the Manager. He said he was not ashamed of his pricing. It is the same thing when you buy a hotdog at a football game for $7.00 knowing you can buy a whole package for $5.00 at the grocery store. What bullshit. Anyway he offered me a $100.00 refund. I never received it. Now you should take a look at their „Code of Ethics" What a Joke !!!!!

Have used them for years ever sincey old AC company told me it would be two days before they could come out to fix a non working AC unit in the heat of summer. One Hour was here that night and Steven Rogers worked through the night until it was up and running. I've used them since.

Scotts one hour air came out to service my sisters ac unit on 5/30/19 and when I checked to make sure it was done right the coils were filthy. The technician never removed the coil covers only sprayed in between them. Technicians excuse for this was he saw spiders. When you pay for a service you should receive the service not an excuse. Beware of the shady work from this company.

My technician today was the best one I have ever had from Scott's. He was efficient and friendly and willing to show me what he was doing on my AC unit.

Cuyler was the technician that came today. He explained everything he did along with his recommendations. A very pleasant and polite young man..
