One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Lakeland

Jesus, our technician did a wonderful job servicing my ac unit and heater. He found an issue with our heat and explained in detail what it was and offered a very reasonable solution that fixed the issue. He was very nice and professional. He fixed our unit quickly and tested to make sure the issue was in fact fixed. The cost was very reasonable and he didn't try to add on things to increase cost. I am very happy with the service we received. Thank you Jesus!

Friendly professional knowledgeable just all-around very likable person Very pleased with the service he provided. Timewise they were here within the window they stated, which was amazing considering the technician had more than an hour drive just to get here. Overall very happy with their service.

After the Company canceled 3 times (not having the supplies for the job) the work was FINALLY completed 2 1/2 weeks after the 1st day scheduled. The day of the job everyone on-site was great. Very little clean up on our part. Very professional and courteous.

My technician was Steven Rogers and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Service was great! He went ABOVE and BEYOND what was needed. Steven helped me with my situation, which was a mess but thanks to him I have the warranty registered in my name! Steven is a major asset to this company and I am truly grateful!

I had such a horrible experience with this company. First they gave me a time period between 2-6 pm. Then they call me back saying between 4-8 pm. Then they fall me back around 7 pm saying that the technician is an hour behind. At 9:20 pm they called e saying the technician is on his way (finally) !! Then around 9:40 pm they send me a message saying the technician had a flat tire. I felt like this was a joke and not a legit company. The technician finally made it at 10:10 pm and finished at 11 pm. It took them ALL day long. I couldn’t leave my house waiting for them. Please stay away if you can.
Oh and the Funny thing is they charge before hand !!!

Antony was very professional and very knowledgeable. He helped in every possible way and set us up for routine maintenance. I highly recommend Scott’s one hour air and look forward to working with them in the future.

Outside AC unit was not working, house went from a nice 76 degrees to 83. Called Scott’s One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating and they sent out technician Moises to our home. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. The technician went out to look at the unit with my husband, it was the starter & the capacitor that had to be replaced. Moises replaced it quickly and I already felt relief in the home within 10 minutes. He noticed a leak in our motor which will need to be replaced soon and he helped us to get setup on their service plan so they can come out & inspect/flush out the unit. First time home buyers, this is the second year in our home and this is the only issue we have had so far with our AC unit. Thank you so much Moises! 5 stars!

Terrible service, extremely unknowledable technicians, extremly overpriced I mean way way way overpriced for replacement parts, I will never use this company again, we needed a new 3ton AC unit scotts quoted 9 grand which is insane when the unit only costs 3grand, we called Alan's Air conditioning from plant city and they did it for thousands less than scotts, same day service and extremely fast and professional technicians, also before this incident they came out before and put a new fan on and I found out they also tripled the price as well, and come to find out the tech didn't even mention the ac should be replaced I was told he was fired, well what about our money we were charged. I feel like I was scammed.

The tech that came out was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain each step of the repair and made suggestions on how to better do the maintenance I currently do myself. Overall I was very pleased with my service.

Mr. Benfarhat was extremely knowledgeable of his job. Explained the ac system to me patiently and made sure I understood. I really like the professionalism of this specialist. The company has great service workers. This one seams to be the best so far.
