JC was absolutely amazing. He was professional in every way. My home started to cool instantly. He explained what was done and the benefits of the plan in which I signed up for. He came within an hour and a half of my call after hours and he worked in the rain. He was very respectful of my home not wanting to go in and out. I have literally shed tears because it was scorching and just the thought of spending thousands of dollars gave me a migraine. He was able to get us cooled for a lot less and I'm forever grateful. I definitely recommend him and this company.

The inspection and pricing professional Andres was great, I priced his quote out and the price he gave me from One Hour was very competitive. The installers, Raymond and Victor, were a pleasure to welcome into our house! They are all true professionals and the quality of service and workmanship get an A+. Warnery DeLaRosa was extremely condescending in the way he spoke to me after I questioned his prices. He demanded the service call payment after I said I would not be using them to fix the problem. Riffles Air came over 15 minutes after I called and did the same job for 300 that OneHour wanted 800+ for. What a rip off of a company. DO NOT USE!

Modano was great. Even though it was 730pm he was chipper, friendly and efficient. He got to work immediately, replaced the part then checked and rechecked to make sure all was good.
I will definitely use and recommend this company again.

I had a great experience with everyone I dealt with! Everyone was professional, very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly! They answered all my questions and concerns I had! They installed my new air handler, condenser, and replaced all of my ducts and vents! Time management and clean up was impeccable! I couldn’t have asked for a better team! These guys quoted my father (70 years old) $17k fix for his AC unit or $7k for parts to fix. They said he had mold and a rusted pan. Turns out there was no mold, the pan is plastic, and the fix only cost $400 from a separate company. This is bad business trying to take advantage of seniors. Very shameful.

$600 and the problem wasn’t fixed. Went somewhere else cost me $150 and my AC runs great. Check out Joe Breezy AC instead.
