Hunter was on time, super professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with explaining everything about my older AC system. He took his time and showed me photos he took and explained exactly why a service would be beneficial. He wasn’t pushy whatsoever like former AC technicians I’ve used in the past. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Our AC broke today around 7:45. We called Frank Gay AC at 8:20pm & they had a repair technician on site by 9:50pm. The repair tech was able to diagnose the issue & complete the repair on site & just left our home at 10:20pm. We highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Jim Loomis he arrived at the time he said and set right to work he redid the flashing around the AC making it snug as it should have been then caulked it up. Jim performed all the necessary maintenance and moved the water dripper so it could flow the way it is supposed to. Also helped me to put on My new hose . He's very courteous and answered all My questions
In this to fast and impersonal world he treated my needs without treating me like a unit instead of a person Frank gay is lucky to have him 😊

James Astacio service tech was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He was honest in suggesting a small repair that was suggested but not needed. He provided options that I felt was trustworthy. I even got the part under warranty that he called in to see if that was still available, which it was. I really felt comfortable with James and will be requesting him for any future services. If not hopefully he is still there when my annual check up is scheduled. Don’t let this service tech go anywhere else Frank Gay l, he is a valuable employee and I hope you show your appreciation to employees like James.

Extremely professional company. Communication was exceptional, timely and they truly showed concern for my issue. I compared them to multiple companies before, during and after service and they were on point in every aspect of not cheaper. They explained all options, they detailed any potential financing if required and they absolutely didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Looking forward to dealing with Frank Gay in the future for all my A/C needs and services.

Ethan called and was able to show up a little early to replace the valve in our master shower. Had all the parts with him and was able to complete the work less than 2 hours. Kept his work clean and didn’t leave any sort of mess. Would recommend!

Our tech, Josh was on time, looked over plumbing needs & gave me price quote. After doing repairs requested, he even tightened up the toilet seats when noticed were loose! Personable, did great job; was such a help! Have used this business several times & have always had great service.

My regular AC company, I used for years, wanted me to wait two days in 100 degree heat to repair my unit. Frank Gay came out in three hours and repaired unit in about 30 minutes. We now have a new AC company!
