We had plumbing repair work done for a family member whose husband was recently deceased. She was apprehensive and fearful but your excellent, respectful service was much appreciated and welcome and went far to help her transition toward being responsible for the home. We feel much relieved that she has a good company she can call on in time of need since we are so far away. Thank you so very much and we appreciate your service.

Plumbing was our issue. Zak was very professional and thorough. He did a thorough job. Also, for security, I loved the fact that Frank Gay texted me a picture of the person who comes to the house before your appointment. I would use them again.

I called Frank Gay for a plumping issue on a septic system. The customer service rep who set the appointment let me know they cannot provide full septic services if needed, but they could assist with what i was calling for-- to clear the main drain line without the need to pump out touch the tank--as long as the tech did not find forget problems upon assessment. They immediately su up an appointment for a tech to come out within 4 hours and provided a rough estimate for me. Within one hour, i was notified the tech (Zach) was on the way. Zach was very prompt, courteous, and professional.... as well as very transparent and honest!!! He let me know before assessing the situation exactly what could be done in either case, whether he would be able to clear the line or, if not, what the assessment would cost. Thankfully, Zach found the problem was a cliff in the main drain line and cleared it within minutes of doing a camera assessment. He also made sure my bathtub and toilet were vacuumed clean and (although I knew this already) avoided me to still use bleach or a disinfectant before using the shower although it appeared clean by sight. Zach also made sure to show me the video of the puppies since they may need replacing within the next year as they are old cast iron pipes that are corroding. Although i am renting, I plan to purchase the home and choose to pay for the repair because I thought it could be due to my kids using paper towels, but Zach was kind enough to let me know it may not be my fault because of the corrosding pipes and forwarded the video and an estimate, at my landlord's request, for what it would cost to replace those pipes if she wants to start planning it . Overall, Zach was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He did an absolutely exceptional job and even got me to work on time. 100%++++++ would recommend this company.

We had an issue with condensation leaking from the return duct and seeping thru the ceiling. Kirby did a completely thorough inspect and determined there were some issues with the new system installation 3 months ago. He went over and above our expectations to work with management and have the return duct replaced under warranty. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, customer focus, and the extra effort he gave to insure we were treated right. This helps reinforce our choice of Frank Gay for our plumbing and AC services. Esteban was professional personable and knowledgeable and understood the problem and got the repairs done in record time. We had been baking slowly over the last several days after our central air system failed a few days earlier. He arrived when he said he was going to be there and did a great job in affecting repairs. We hope to work with Esteban and the company again soon!

Ralph came for our one time plumbing inspection through the family plan, I addressed a couple concerns during the inspection in our home and he was able to help repairs on the spot. He went above and beyond with the repair! He deserves some great recognition from the company! He was very hard working, professional and personable the few hours he was here. Will be a Frank gay customer for awhile now!
