Technician came out to repair the bathtub waste drain that I had inadvertently broken to prep my bathtub for reglazing. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was a true professional replacing the drain while maintaining a clean environment. Although the price was sort of high for just replacing the drain, when I already had done most of the prep work Of removing the wallboard behind the tub and clearing out the insert for the tub drain and overflow. Job was well done and technician was friendly.

Electrician Mario was excellent & very professional. He was very quick to identify the electrical issues with the main electrical breaker & receptacle. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. I would definitely call them first if I have any other future electrical issues that need to be addressed. We had a clog in our main drain line and called in a service request @ 9 AM. I was immediately booked that same day with the time frame between 10 AM to 2 PM. Efrain called me and he arrived promptly @ 12 PM like he informed me. He immediately went to work, briefing me as he went. He was very thorough and professional. They say the first impression is the most important. My first impression of Frank Gay Services is OUTSTANDING! While pricing a new A/C system, Avery, the sales rep, explained the differences between two types of systems. He also carefully compared a quote I had from another company and confirmed that the other company was NOT quoting me for what I had specifically asked for... a Carrier system. That was a huge discovery for me.

Just like the other company, Avery checked the system, took photos and alerted me of a concern about a breaker box that needs replacement.

But in addition to that, Avery actually crawled into the attic and inspected my duct work; assuring me that it was in good condition and there were no apparent leaks. He also removed the cover to the air handler, inspected the interior and took photos of that. The other company did none of this work.

Based on the guarantees Avery provided, I can rest assured that installation will go smoothly and if any issues arise, they will be resolved promptly. Again, the other company did not provide any of those guarantees.

Michael came to do maintenance and found an issue. He was very thorough and explained all so we understood what he was repairing. He also fixed a problem that our previous company had failed to do. We are very pleased with Michael and I would like to request he be assigned as our technician. It just helps when I see the same person. I have 2 plans. So I will appreciate Michael be assigned to both. Thank you.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg and in need of new units. Luis and Fernando and their crews were incredible. Always kept me informed of what was going on. Very clean work and extremely professional. I am extremely satisfied with how both teams performed. Thank you all so very much!

Jose came to fix a clean out that was broken by a lawnmower. It was heavily damaged and he fixed it in very detailed manner. We also had fixtures replaced inside our home and Carlos did that portion of the work and he did it very efficiently and clean. We appreciate both of them very much.
