I had an emergency call out and they sent James Loomis, he was awesome in the whole process with fixing my air conditioning. He also left me knowledgeable in regards to the system and how to correctly replace the filler.

Christopher Lange was literally in our ceiling fixing our air conditioning 35 minutes after I hung up the phone. It was less than $300 and I am amazed. I will call this company for everything from now on. He explained everything thoroughly and had us fully informed on every step of the way. I cannot brag about them enough. He was very respectful, professional, courteous of our home. He asked permission politely before doing anything and even thoroughly cleaned up afterward. He was also very fast! In and out less than 2 hours. 12/10, highly recommend.

Julian and Glenn did a great job for us with our electrical and AC work. Both were very upfront and responsive, able to diagnose our issue quickly and get us set up to have a new system installed. Cameron also was incredibly helpful dealing with our plumbing issues. Very happy with the service we received.

Frank Gay sent over their tech Christopher on a Sunday to help me out when my AC broke. He did a great job. He was thorough, kept me in the loop on the job, and was transparent with me on pricing.

Christopher was prompt in showing up and did a great job. He was very informative about the problem and I was very impressed so I joined the family plan. I would highly recommend their services. I am not going anywhere else for my services. Thank you for a job well done!

Called them to arrange a service on my ac since it was doing some strange things at times. Earliest date was a week later but I explained that I had a flight to catch and I'd be unable to make the service appointment. This was my first time contacting this company and with no history or previous working relationship with them the receptionist/agent (amber I think) went out of her way and found me a slot for same day service! I received notifications via emails and text throughout the day of the technicians arrival ans the technician (Gabriel) was professional, technically competent and highly trained. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. They've just won a customer for life! Keep up the outstanding work and once again congratulations on a job well done from a very happy and 'cool' customer.

I would always love Hakeem to come and service my unit at my house. He was the most professional ball and appear to be the most knowledgeable technician that I have had at my home. He took out the time to explain to me everything he did as he did it. This is a phenomenal company and I am happy to be on board.

Conrad Gavin was exceptional. He went above and beyond in taking care of my A/C needs and answering my questions. He also made me feel a whole lot better about my A/C unit purchase. I would highly recommend him and sincerely hope that he will be the one to return to my home for my next six month appointment. He knows his job well and is excellent at it! (In a matter of thirty seconds, he fixed something that was installed incorrectly six months ago and nobody else could figure out how to fix!)

Kirby, our technician, is so knowledgeable and professional! If I could, I would like him to be my technician each time I need service 😀 on time, honest, and very sweet! Frank Gay is lucky to have him as a technician.
