There was a minor issue regarding the installation of my new hot water heater. Ralph not only came the very next day but solved the problem quickly. He was polite and professional. Ralph is awesome and so is the entire Frank Gay Team . I will be calling them again to service my other hot water heater in a few months.

Our first time with Frank Gay for our plumbing issue. We had a broken shower handle and was unable to turn off the shower, but Luis came did his thing and it was fixed quick and right. Luis very perfessonal and polite. Happy with our choice. šŸ™‚

During a foundation repair on my house, the guys notice a leaking toilet. I called and within 2 hrs, Austin came to my house. He was very professional and honest. He informed me of everything that was going on under the crawl space. We had to remove some bricks so he could repair the pipe that was broken. He came back the next day and fixed the problem. Austin is a great asset to your company. Will be calling and requesting him in the future.

Kenneth came on Easter Sunday to repair a drainage issue with our AC which was causing a leak and water damage. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about how to repair the issue. He removed the blockage and was able to talk through the root cause since we've had chronic issues over that last 2 years. Best experience we've had with Frank Gay services. Kenneth is a valuable asset to the company.

Mr. Chacon was assigned to complete the drywall repairs to created accesses once the full home re-pipe was completed. The repairs were done meticulously and final cleanup was done thoroughly. He also was respective to the fact we work from home and with the exception of asking a few questions we hardly knew he was there! Very professional and courteous!
We are extremely pleased with the complete home re-pipe from start to finish and highly recommend!

Called for help with my water heater. The tech only took pictures of the unit and then contacted his supervisor/mentor. When I had booked the service appointment I was told there is a $39 fee to diagnose the situation, and that fee would be absorbed into the bill if we had work performed based on the diagnostics. I was told by the tech that Rheem ( my water heater) is not a very good/dependable brand. He stated that he wouldn't know how long it would take to get parts and therefore fix whatever issue I had. He never tried to find out what the problem was, no diagnostic tools were used, so how would he know what parts were needed? He seemed to be more interested in selling me a Bradford White water heater instead of fixing my issue. The only positive was that he agreed that it was under warranty and that I could get the parts for free from Rheem. He then told me I needed to sign and pay the $39 fee. I said," for what?" He stated it was for coming out and the travel time and gas and for assessing the problem. I said, " you saw the 3 blinking lights on the valve control unit just like me and looked at the error codes on the side of the tank just like me, how is that an assessment?" He stated that if he took out a tool he would have to charge me a $255. Diagnostic fee. Not what was stated at booking, this was very unprofessional and a big waste of time. He knew we had not had hot water for 5 days at this point, but still had the appearance of not being interested in doing any work to get my water heater fixed.
