I have never been happier with a service than I was with Frank Gay and Hunter Huston. He was very professional - taking pictures for me of everything that was wrong. He was thorough and extremely helpful about what I need to do in the future. I applaud Hunter and the Frank Gay Company for their honesty and thoroughness. I’ll always use and refer others to Frank Gay. Thank you.

Called in at 6:00pm for service to fix a pipe I damaged, job is complete by 8:00. I will use this business again and I would recommend having Chris work on my home

Our AC stopped working and Frank Gay was able to send out Glen to help fix it in just a few hours. Sadly our fan motor was the issue but Glen had all the parts needed to fix this issue right on the spot. He saved our family from having to stay inside a hot house, which with little kids was getting tough. We had hit 84 degrees inside at the highest point. Glen was super friendly and professional and got us up and running in about an hour. Thank you for everything!

So grateful for 24 hour service! The technician, Gabriel Gonzalez was here in just over an hour and quickly resolved the issue. He was very professional and took the time to make sure we understood the problem and how he fixed it. We will definitely be calling again for any future ac work.

The technician arrived and was able to quickly determine the issue after his assessment. Upon walking into the garage, he noticed the problem with the water heater. I had completely forgotten about it! He was informative and well versed and was able to replace it during the same visit. He was able to answer all my questions and I was very happy with the result. Contact the company to help me remove an old garbage disposal and installed the new one bought. Angel was very helpful, professional, nice, and went through with the issues with easy steps. We ended up buying the wrong product to installed, he did offer one from their end but we manage to return the one we got and get the right one for a cheaper price. His services was only to removed the old rusty one. First, I though the price charging to remove the old garbage disposal was a bit too high, but after seeing all that he did to get it off (almost had to call a manager for approval to use a saw), I think it was worth it. He explained to me how to install the new one since the process did not look that complicated. Depending how much they charge for future projects might have them comeback. 5/5 service.

Alfredo from Frank Gay is a keeper. Alfredo just did my routine Plumbing Service Call. He called before he arrived and arrived exactly when he said he would. He is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and efficient. Alfredo told me what he planned to do and updated me every step of the way . . . and provided a very detailed explanation of his findings at the end.

Sometimes it’s difficult to work with larger companies / service providers because a customer can feel like just another address on a long list of service calls. However, Alfredo made it feel like I was the only customer on his list, which I’m sure I was not.

Amazing! AC went out overnight. It started to roast fast inside by morning time and by 1pm we are at 94 degrees inside. Frank Gay services came out swiftly same day service, did a full evaluation, and fixed my system with ease and zero frustration. What a breeze and an amazing experience.
