Needed garbage disposal replaced. Technician was great! The quote? Insane! Not interested in being robbed thank you. After the shock wore off, they lowered the price a couple of hundred dollars , but still too high. Cost $39 service fee just to come out and quote(deducted if I use them). Found another company who has much more reasonable prices.

I have had several services now with Frank gay. My experience started out with Jim coming out to quote me for a mini split. He was professional prompt. Also we had Andy come out and gave a us a quote on adding electric outlets, security lights and electricity for the mini split. I felt like they were both honest and forthcoming. My technicians to install the mini split was Jose and Thamar. They did an excellent job! We did have a little hiccup with one of the security lights but they made it right. I just now had Chris come out to do my summer inspection on my HVAC unit he was prompt, efficient and did not try to force me into buying anything. Jim Loomis, aka Piano Man, was awesome. He was on time and professional. He took the time to explain everything to us, and is super knowledgeable and experienced. We would definitely recommend him for any type of a/c work.

Jose was on time and polite. I mentioned to him I had dogs that were put up but a couple would be barking. He said that would not bother him because he had dogs himself. Glen provided outstanding service. He went out of his way to track down the last blower motor the supplier had to make sure my family had AC as soon as possible! He was calling and updating us every day with status.We are very grateful for his effort getting that done for us. In his AC inspection Glen also provided a lot of helpful feedback on how we can lengthen the life of our AC unit’s components.

Very professional and experienced. Extremely Knowledgeable in his work and ethics to the task at hand. Dedicated to the upmost of job performance. In my opinion he is definitely managerial material. He is a true asset to this company. He places customers needs before his own, inwhich a lot of companies cheat the customers for there own profits 📈.

Very professional! After a first company failed to call the next day to set up an appointment, I called the first company back and they were booked out 5 days for a service call, I said no thank you! Called Frank Gay around 10 AM and they were able to get a technician out within hours, same day. Technician who showed up was extremely nice and explained everything, bad compressor. Had the part in the van, everything was replaced and fixed up within the hour for a reasonable price. Stellar service, would call again!

Very professional and fast. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess while patching my tile. Very courteous and did a quick job.

Donovan was outstanding, thorough, professional, and friendly. He trouble shoot our a/c system, quickly diagnosed the trouble and explained my options. He fully explained everything, showed pictures and provide an estimate for his recommendations. I decided to go with their recommendation and replace a tired a/c system (over 12 years old in Florida on a builder grade a/c system - least expensive system a builder can get away with ) that’s been nothing but trouble the last two years.
