These guys saved me with a new water heater project when another company left me high & dry. I called them at 1pm and they had someone to my house by 7pm to properly wire up the electrical side of my new water heater. Professional, respectful and prompt. The communication they keep with the client is unmatched. Will recommend.

Gilbert replace a Bath Sink Shut off valve in 15 min. Tested for water leaks and had a great attitude. I am grateful for Gilbert also spoke to me about the family plan. Gilbert is an excellent tech and show on the work. Also told me the job has a year of warranty. Thank you Gilbert.

Frank Gay sent out Chris to come and check out my AC unit and he did a remarkable job with the service. He explained it to us in both technical and layman’s terms. He answered all of our questions and offered his professional opinion for future use and maintenance. He clearly was very knowledgeable in his field and was also quite courteous and respectful of our time and property. I have had Frank Gay services come to my house to replace two toilets in the past. The technician installed the toilet correctly and efficiently! The cost was a great value for the service. I enjoyed the professionalism. Today Steven came to give me an estimate to replace my shower and tub spout and valve. Steven carefully listened to my request offered suggestions as to placement of the new hardware along with a reasonable quote for the install! Awesome!!

Christopher Ange is hands down the best A/C technician I have ever encountered! He saved the day at 10 pm. Thank god for emergency repairmen! He took pictures and videos of my equipment so that he could better explain the problem. He was efficient in the way that he worked as well. He also took the time to make my crazy dog feel comfortable with his presence. Which made the whole experience so much better. My dog can be a hand full. The best part is, even with the emergency service fee. This was the cheapest A/C repair I have ever had! Frank Gay services will be my go-to for all my A/C needs.

First time used Frank Gay after hearing the funny radio commercials for over a year. It was a pleasant experience from beginning. Rep on the phone took the call quickly and set up app for very next day. Technician came on time and also called first to inform. What I liked also they sent text before the app stating the name of the technician and as well a photo attached. It obviously made us feel very comfortable in today’s environment. Technician Dennis was very professional and explained things I didn’t hear about it before when dealing with other companies. He also had a few suggestions for the future maintenance. I like the experience and will continue to use them for the future.

My wife and I were in need of an outdoor water spout repair. Cal from Frank Gay services came to the house. We asked him about a new hot water heater while he was at the house. He said yes that was absolutely something he could do. Not only did he repair our water spout but, installed a brand new water heater for us. Cal was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough about him.
