He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and did very nice clean work. We will definitely call and deal with the company for future plumbing and electrical needs.

I usually don’t care to leave reviews, but I was extremely satisfied with my service so here I am, my AC was down and it was over 100 degrees in my home, my technician came out and was friendly and polite, he asked me what was going on and I explained all the things I had tried. He identified the problem very quickly and had my place cooling down in no time, he explained to me what he was doing, what was wrong and why it probably went wrong so I even came out a little more knowledgeable than I was before

From the sale to through the install and follow-up service, Frank Gay Services has been fantastic. I'm highly impressed; and that doesn't happen often. The salesperson, Avery, was thorough, answered all of my questions and even confirmed that a competitor quoted me on a system that I did not ask for. Luis, the installer, was terrific, very experienced and has "mad skills'" (e.g. he's very experienced). He, and his team, were very friendly and answered all my questions. We had a garbage disposal installed. Connor was great. He was very helpful as the builders set up very weird piping under the sink, which is why we ended up not doing it ourselves. He was very responsive, helpful and quick with the job. It was greatly appreciated.

My weekend was saved by Roy R. He was able to come out and show me what needed to be done to fix my system. It was a hefty job, and he was able to work with me on what I needed based on my budget, timeline, and current situation.
