HVAC new installed failed beyond repair withing 3 years. Meter pole cracking due to poor wood quality. Need to do better. It passed inspection , that is about it. Coleman heat pump. Quality of work and price is good but quality of materials needs to improve. I could have done a better job myself just by choosing better quality AC and pole not full on knots. Cost another 10 dollars for a high quality pole rather that to RE-DO the job.

Lilly has provided me with service since 1992..... my first mobile electric pole & service, and for my mobile home on another property moved to years later. Always in time. Reasonable. Never had to call back to fix.

I called asking questions a few times and staff wasn’t exactly the most pleasant on the phone. We had some work done last year and some basic questions were not really answered. Both my husband and I tried at different times to ask and pretty much got the same responses. I definitely would work on office staff being a little bit more pleasant to calling customers. They are your first impression ambassadors when calling your business.

Lilley A/C installed my A/C Heat unit for my new mobile home in 2016. They have always been very professional, both Jill's in the office and the service techs. The techs always explained what they were doing and why. March 25, 2021 I called them to ask about enclosing between the unit & the house because I was having a rodent issue and was told by several pest control that this needed to be done. Friday April 2 , 2021 they sent a tech out to check what needed to be done. My pest control guy ( Chad-Emerald Spray Services. LLC) was here at the same time and they talked about what needed to be done. It was great seeing these two professionals work together to solve my problem. A/C tech gave me and estimate. Said they had to make the part they needed in their sheet metal shop and would be back the following week. So, I asked about doing the yearly maintenance at the same time and he put in a work order for that to be done. Today, Tuesday April 6, 2021 Lilley A/C called to see if the tech could come today. He was here in 15 mins. Daniel was the same tech I had last year and before that. He did the maintenance, put on the sheet metal enclosure and even covered the bottom of the A/C frame with hardware clothe so no critters would get under my house that way. Daniel is a very pleasant and diligent worker. He went the extra mile. Very respectful about social distancing during this time of Covid-19. He even gave me a suggestion of where to get my A/C filters for a better deal. Thank you Daniel!

One of the young men that came out to perform service was quite unprofessional and made inappropriate comments. They proceeded to install the new AC unit up against my home and discarded the ducting and AC unit from my home into my neighbor’s dumpster. We called the office to explain the situation in which they said they would send the crew back to pull the AC unit away from the home and remove the ducting and old AC unit from my neighbor’s dumpster. We kindly asked if they would call us before coming to the home since we we would be out and about. The crew showed up to my home when we were not home and proceeded to let me themselves into my gate and property without my permission. Watching them on my camera they told whoever they were on the phone with that I was not home. They then went out to the AC unit and took a shovel to one spot and did absolutely nothing. They left my property without fixing their poorly installed job and without removing the ducting and old AC unit from my neighbor’s dumpster. When we called the office again asking to speak to the owner we were told that the owner is rarely there and does not check his messages. We still have not had the AC unit pulled away from the home. The office is difficult to communicate with and the workers are unprofessional.

I have to say this is the fastest responding company I have ever seen. On top of that their technician Daniel, was very informative and showed us what we needed and to do to clean our coils next time. The price, the value, and courtesy is extremely fair; in fact, it's better than home depot's Hvac services. We will be calling them out yearly to clean our coils and make sure that everything is working. The technician went above and beyond his job and also showed us duct work that needs to be replaced so we will definitely be calling them back in the future.

Lilley has been great to us. We moved into our new home 3/21. They have been super professional and out asap. We highly recommend them. Hard to find companies that try hard. Very happy we found them.

They were quick to come out and fix our new heating system; in a reasonable time frame. They also sent out another tech at no charge when the heat stopped working a couple of days later. Admittedly, the first tech was more personable than the second tech and explained the issue, but the second tech fixed our heating issue in a timely manner. And, they were very good about calling us and letting us know that they were on their way out to our home, too.

Thank you Lilley Air Conditioning Inc. One month in Florida in a double-wide MH without AC! One senior person on permanent O2! My daughter called Lilley. They came quickly & fixed the problem! The shortest time wait my daughter was given before calling Lilley was 6 days! This is a professional business that knows how to make & keep a reputation. I have not use this company personally… But they are the company that is contracted for my property management company… And I have received such a stellar customer service from this business that I really felt the need to come here and leave a review even though I am not personally a customer of theirs… My property management company pretty much dropped the ball on getting my AC fixed and the employees here communicated with me what my property management company should have communicated with me… In my opinion they definitely went above and beyond… And I really appreciate it seeing how this morning my house was 93° and now it’s 73!
