Horrible service--- horrible company ---CALL SOMEONE ELSE-- ANYONE ELSE!
Our A/c unit FAILED after a year due to the fact they installed duct work incorrectly----no straps holding it up-- so ground water infiltrated the system----un proffesional-- slow and horrible service-
---I can tell you Lilly --- if I could afford a good lawyer you'd be in COURT! --but all my $ has gone to a new unit and new ducting!!!

This company is horrible and takes advantage of the elderly. They sold my mother a used a/c and told her it was new. She paid them to service her a/c every year and we have now found out it is full of mold and has been. We were also told it was not draining properly. Awful!!!

They have been here to our brand new home twice and we still have no heat. Terrible service. Obviously repair technicians don’t know what they are doing. First it was a loose wire then it was ductwork and still no heat.

We use lilleys all the time for the community I work at. They are always johnny on the spot. Ive also used them personally. No complaints office staff and field workers are great

These guys are a joke. They never stay longer than 10min, always have an excuse other than their ignorance as to why your A/C is broken and they don't even properly diagnose the issue without charging you for a few return visits first. My unit has a leak and the tech magically guessed the condenser is bad without charging the system to find the leak. So now he's got the office ordering the part, not sure when it'll be in but the office will be in touch...

Excellent, prompt service, the technician was very Knowledgeable, thorough and gave me the high quality service that one would expect

Also being a retired HVAC technician and mechanical contractor myself from upstate NY, I appreciated his due diligence and good personality

The office staff is so rude!

Worst company to deal with , they are liars , they make u over spend on things and only use half , and the owner is arrogant cocky and shouldn’t run a business. Don’t waste your money get another company
