We just moved to this street in February and did not care for the previous A/C repair company. I happened to see Rocket Cooling's truck across the street at my neighbors house. I called and had them come and to preventetive maintenance. The job and the tech were first rate. I will continue to use this company

Service was outstanding. Very polite and well mannered. They went right to work. Within no time my A/C was installed and working. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Technician did not contact the person whose number we provided so he could gain access to our house. We gave the number to the office staff and to the technician. So...they did not go into our house, so all the services (ie-check functioning of thermostat) were not provided.

I am sure Jerry did a great job.

I have installed a brand new ac unit with rocket cooling in February 2020 .the unit stop cooling. I call rocket cooling to go check it out because it a holiday I have to pay them $95.00 service fee. When it is not my fault it there fault I still have to pay the service fee. I have went to the office and asked if they could wave the fee they refuse to do it. That is my third unit I have installed from the company. I am so disappointed that they could not work with me .i will never ever do business with this company again. Poor service

Great service! I called and within 1 hour they were at my house and 30min they finished! Definitely my go to. 10 stars

Service man Paeton was very professional, wore cloth booties coming into our home, checked everything and had us up and going again.

The gentleman quickly identified the problem and fixed it. They also took the time to explain the problem to help us avoid having the same problem again.
