I couldn't be more appreciative for the Rocket Cooling Team! They were out to service my air conditioning unit within 2 hours of calling, during a pandemic no less! Jerry was polite and efficient. I would recommend Rocket Cooling to everyone!

My condensate pump gave out and water was leaking all around my air conditioner, in my utility closet. It was such a mess! I was trying to decide if I wanted to replace it myself (again) or have someone do it for me. I decided to have Rocket Cooling replace it for me, and I am so glad they did. In addition to replacing the pump, they also cleaned out and charged up my system and now it runs great and best of all- everything is dry again. Thank you for a job well done, Rocket Cooling!

Rocket and Jerry are great! Jerry takes such good care of our AC unit and I have complete confidence with his knowledge. Jerry is an asset!

Won’t be using Rocket Cooling again. Charged more than originally quoted. When asked why they said it was for the Freon which was not an unforeseen use. Called office to find out why and wasn’t given a return call. Also didn’t schedule the visit just a notice that the tech was en route. Just poor experience all the way around.

Very quick and courtesy, professional and knowledge service. Came out the same day I called them within like 2 hours was very easy to work with...I would highly recommend this company to everyone needing HVAC services.

Thanks Jon and Cindy for setting up Red and Travis to come install a Glee mini-split unit with wi-fi remote control plus a separate digital thermostat. Also, the UV Filter will fix any mold issues, and aid in providing the clean air we want. Great people, fast and professional service. Highly recommended!

I had a new unit installed to replace a bad one. They came out on 2/15 to check why it didn’t cool. Found out my old unit was worn out. On 2/16 they installed the new one. The guys we extremely professional and curious. I would highly recommend Rocket
