This is my 3rd time using Rocket Cooling for my A/C needs. They have been professional, on time, and quick to respond. I don't do contracts and get tied down to any particular company, but I did one with them. They've always been honest and focused on what I needed instead of trying to sell/upsell me. That kind of costumer service is becoming more and more rare. So I hired them under contract for my routine maintenance and service. I have no doubt I made the right decision.

We had a new AC unit installed in January 2022. In the last 2 weeks out motor broke, was replaced and our system still does not work. Now apparently, the board is broken. A tech came today and said the motor is now broken again. I can't figure out why this can't be fixed. Very frustrated!!

Professional service and fair price for service provided. Jerry is the best. He was at our home within 1.5 hours of our Saturday Memorial Day Weekend phone call. Promptly assessed and repaired. We love Rocket!

I have a standing maintenance contract with the sister company, D & D, which thought would help in a pinch. The AC stopped working on a Saturday so I left a message on their voicemail. At 10:30am Sunday morning Jose returned my call ... only to have us jump through some hoops, take photos and just put fan constantly on. It was obvious he was not coming to our home. Monday morning two technicians came and fixed it right away. I guess lesson learned .... if your HCAC malfunctions on the weekend, be prepared to be hot until a weekday.

My parents ac went out and my dad just had a stroke. They fit us in with same day fast service! The technician, Jerry was on time and professional. I would highly recommend them.
