The technician we have every year, Abe, is excellent and very punctual. Our concern is that the fee for the annual check-up increased 78.5% in one year from $70 to $125. We understand the cost of services are growing substantially, but an increase of this level is very unreasonable.

We were very happy with Abe, he was on time and took the time to educate us on our A/C unit and what to watch out for. We were very pleased with Rocket Cooling.

Needed a fan motor, Rocket Cooling made it happen in 4 hours, after I called them. Fast and efficient! Thank you very much!

Casey was amazing! He went above and beyond to fix my AC issue and did a great job! He was very professional as well!

Called Rocket cooling for a maintenance check before we travel north for summer season they found system was low on Freon ,tested and found condenser was leaking ,but was still under warranty,2 days later installed condenser , only charged labor for repair ,thank you Rocket cooling staff
