Rocket Cooling

We had to call Rocket Cooling on a Sunday evening & they had a service man at our home in less than 45 mins. We were so happy to see this man!! We had a leak in the ceiling from the AC unit. They got up in the attic, did what he had to do & was done in no time. We are so appreciative of him for coming so quickly on a Sunday evening & Taking care of the problem. We are a lifetime customer of Rocket Cooling now. We bought our unit from them in 06/20 & are so impressed with every aspect of the install & service. I highly recommend them for all your AC/heating needs.

I have a contract with Rocket Cooling for a/c maintenance. They call me when it's time for scheduled service. I receive a text message when the technician is enroute. Jerry, the service tech does as good job and is pleasant to deal with. Some time ago I had a problem with the compressor late in the day. I called Rocket Cooling and they were there early the next day to fix it.

Our split system AC unit is leaking water from the inside unit. This is a new unit but our builder has gone out of business and we can't find the folks that installed the AC. Rocket responded very quickly and found that the installation that keeps the freon lines from condensating was removed during the unit installation process and not reinstalled. This allowed the copper pipe to condensate and drip water in the cover. Once the cover was full of water it began to run down the wall. The price for the service call and installing installation was very reasonable.

Our Air went out and they were able to get us on their schedule and get us up and working on the same day. Paeton did a great job. Took time to explain the problem and then fix it.

Our system went down and Rocket Cooling fixed it the same day. From the great customer service on the phone to their knowledgeable service people, I would recommend them to anyone that needs their HVAC system serviced.

On Sunday of the Labor Day holiday weekend our house was not cooling and up to 87 degrees in the house. When we returned and discovered it, Junior was there about 4 hours later and got it going. He even taught me how to avoid the problem in the future. We have had the same problem of a clogged line about 4 months ago, but no one else told me how to avoid it in the future. Rocket Cooling is our new go to company for all our AC/Heating needs. When our AC went down, Red showed up within in the hour to access and repair. We ended up needing a new unit inside and out. They had us up and running same day at a fair price. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend Rocket cooling.

They did a great job. Only thing I wasn't happy about was I asked for my service to be after 4 pm and they were there before I got home. I get off at 3ish and I'm 30 minutes away plus I have to get my son from his grandmother's.

I have used Rocket Cooling at 6 business locations and at my home. Every tech is timely, kind, and professional, and every person I speak with on the phone gives prompt responses when I request information or changes to my accounts. Will use again!
