ROCKET COOLING AC REPAIR OF PORT ST LUCIE

Just preliminary meeting satisfied so far... After install wil give better feedback.
Post install Everything working and cooling quieter than previous AC. Techs were friendly and Courteous. Quote was dead on, no surprises. Reasonable cost. Will def call again if/when needed.

They where wonderful and kind and helpful to explain what wrong and a company we have been with for 7 years change workers where rude so they saved us without extra change and faster service
I am on a budget and 2 homes so I will be with them no hidden cost
And they know what they are doing.

Ac went out at 5pm, and most other companies shut at 4:30 - 5pm.
Called Rocket cooling, received a timely callback and everything was arranged in that call. they arrived earlier than expected, and pretty soon had everything diagnosed, resolved and back up and running.
Great service and so happy to have had out of hours availability.

My air conditioner stopped working Friday night. We called Rocket Cooling Saturday and they were at my house within an hour. Alex was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He exceeded expectations with his service. His instructions for future maintenance were very helpful. He made sure all our questions were answered before leaving and even fixed things we’ve tried to get others to address for years with no luck.

I’d definitely recommend this place.

I called at 8:15 this morning hoping I could schedule an appointment this week because our AC was freezing up and to my surprise they were able to squeeze me in the same day! Michael was excellent and very thorough. We are very happy customers.

We had an AC problem last night, and contacted Rocket Cooling, as they have an out-of-hours service.
Their engineer arrived even faster than stated, and resolved the issue very quickly. They also gave us advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.

Alex are Michael just installed a new HVAC system for us. They are the best!!! They always arrive on time, do an excellent job, are very thorough!!! They make sure that we are always completely happy with the services they have performed.They are true professionals and we highly recommend Rocket Cooling.

I have used them each spring to make sure everything is ready for summer. Alex the tech is always great. He installed my system years ago. I have had a couple issues over the years and they are always quick to get it fixed. I called today and Alex was here in less than an hour. Good company.

Service call started out perfect. Tech explained what the problem could be, explained what the potential fix would be, explained everything in detail. Next thing I know tech is ringing the doorbell demanding payment with ZERO explanation of what was done, ZERO testing of the unit, ZERO invoice to look at … “are you paying by check or credit card?”
The tone of the conversation took a drastic change for the worse when tech mis-understood my question and rushed back to his van to show me the part he replaced all the while berating the fact that had another service call to get to insinuating I was holding him up. I’m gonna chalk this service call up to a stressed out tech. Also I would have never left this review if the Company hadn’t text me asking for it so don’t shoot the messenger
