We had just been in our new place less than a week and our air was not cooling. Dodds had put the air-conditioning in so I called them first after reading the good reviews he had plus people here at Nettle's island who liked them. The owner Van came out the next day and saw the problem. We were lucky the part was available. He had his technician come back that same after noon and the job was finished and my life got back to normal. I definitely would call them again. We didn't get this fast service in Ohio. I gave him 5 stars

On 10/22/15, Thursday, Greg provided prompt expert service and tried to remedy my lack of AC. However, with patient explanation, he advised the motor, which was over 8 yrs old, had to be replaced. He could do the work the following day but my husband postponed it to Monday, Oct. 26th. Greg again arrived promptly to install the motor and made sure that nothing was overlooked and that the AC was fully functional. Greg is outstanding. The total cost did not exceed the estimate provided by office personnel, Suzette. Dodd Enterprises is my go-to AC service provider. S. Wong-Parbeau Port St. Lucie, FL.
