Rocket Cooling

Our A/Cunit started blowing warm air, Whin 30 minutes, after calling Rocket at 4:45, The tech Jerry arrived and had us back cooling with in a very short time.

Same day response got my ac up and running.

Service contract regular scheduled maintenance all was well. The service providers were quick and professional and gave good feedback. Only complaints I have is that they missed the agreed upon service window about three hours without contacting me and I'm not sure they pay close attention to when they schedule your maintenance contract service.

I’ve had my new a/c for one week and it stopped cooling on a Sunday. Called to have a technician see what’s wrong with it. Got told that I would be charged to have someone come out. I paid my one week old a/c in full and am being told that my warranty on labor doesn’t cover the weekends. On a one week a/c they want to charge me to come fix it. So to not be charged I have to wait until Monday with a non cooling a/c.

Great experience with Rocket Cooling. From the moment they did the estimate to the installation they were nothing but professional. Took the time to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Jon was very knowledgeable and straight forward and honest with us about our system. Stated he didn't think it needed to be replaced as we have been told from another A/C repair company. He serviced the system as needed and seems to be working just fine..He gave us some good options in case we have to replace the system also. I can't give enough praise to Jon and Rocket Cooling. They were kind and professional every step of the way. The installer answered all my questions and explained everything he did. They came out Friday morning to give me an estimate and installed a new air conditioner a couple hours later. Other companies could learn a lesson from them. Jon was willing to install the unit before payment was even made. What a wonderful company! I will spread their name to everyone I know. They even brought a portable air conditioner to keep me and my little dog cool while they installed a new air conditioner. I highly reccommend them!

Jerry has been servicing my house and business for the past 5+ years. He has done after hour calls, semi annual maintenances, ac installs and duct installs to name a few. Jerry is the best. HIGHLY recommend.

I have used Rocet Cooling for years. They serviced my old AC unit and kept it going for 14 years. I was so satisfied with them as an honest, professional company I had Rocket Cooling install a new AC system.

They are always prompt. Jerry was the service tech that came today. Very nice explain everything that he was doing.Would highly recommend them.

Check of system because of noise and non cooling. Told system was fine. That due to power surges system needs to be turned off and restarted, also to set temp. higher for short time. System now working. Charge for service call only as no sedrvice was needed.

I had quotes from other companies, but Rocket's was the lowest and most transparent regarding services I would be receiving and costs of said services. Best price and service I have had in the HVAC space. Incredibly professional but also provided info in a way a lay-person like me could understand. 10/10 would recommend.
