A/C shut down unexpectedly one summer evening. I called for service, and Mike arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem
and got the system running without delay. Mike worked efficiently and explained everything so that I understood the repair. I highly recommend Mike and Rocket Cooling.

Very happy with the service I received yesterday. I called around 9:00am and told them my AC wasn't working.And I had a doctor's appt and had to leave the house at 1:00pm. and asked if any way someone could come out on this short notice. My surprise the tech called me at 10AM and said he was on his way. Wow what service. I think his name was Paeton Johnson. He was just awesome . Took care of the issues very professional and honest and did a great job. I would differently use this company again. So happy he made it on time so I was able to make my appt. before hand. Cause after I day with no air and house was 85 before hand. Really appreciate the great service.

I called for service and had a repairman here within the hour. He was totally professional and was explaining the issues he found. Made the necessary repairs and advised me of what should be done in the near future. No high pressure sales tactics just good information to allow me to make a decision. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Called with concerns about ac not cooling at times and they sent someone out to check things out and so far everything looked ok.a board beside the return duct was pushing on the duct so it was moved over a bit so we'll just see if that makes a difference. Very nice and polite young man came out and great turnaround time from call to complete in one day Thanks so much

Labor day weekend, our A/C unit was not cooling. We called Rocket Cooling and were pleasantly surprised that someone was #1 returning our call and #2 was willing to come out late on a Saturday night. Service was Five Star all the way! THANK YOU Mr. Casey! Will be using ROCKET COOLING as needed!

We had an issue with our A/C due to local storms in the area and D&D Air Conditioning (Rocket Cooling) fit us into a very tight schedule and had us up and running within a day of the initial assessment and parts arriving. Everyone from Shamika who answered the phone (and jumped thru hoops to get us scheduled sooner than later), to Sean who came out for the initial assessment, and finally Red who installed all the parts - everyone was friendly, professional and did a great job. Thank you so much!

I was so pleased with Rocket Cooling. Every touch point from the initial phone call with the office, to the punctuality and professionalism of the service tech was unprecedented. My tech, Red, was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have found my new go-to AC company.

Everyone at Rocket Cooling was awesome. 1st Jerry came to check out our problem within a couple of hours of my phone call to the office. We decided a new unit was our best option and he put the order in for the replacement.The scheduler set us up to have our new one installed the next morning. The two service technicians switched out the unit’s and were done in less than three hours.We want to thank everyone for everything Rocket Cooling done for us.

I have used Rocket for 10 or years and have never had any issues. They have responded quickly to non working emergency. Updated system when needed. Lastly. Their maintenance costs are very reasonable.

Set up the appointment two weeks ahead of time
They show up say they have other jobs to go do more important
Haven't shown back up still WEEKS LATER
Don't use them if you expect actual work to be performed. I have no clue why they book appointments weeks ahead and don't perform any work.
Unprofessional 100% better off calling ANYONE else.
