Great service and very polite worked with our situation. The people are so nice and welcoming I would recommend there service to anyone and will continue business with them.

The people that work for this company are excellent in every way. Whatever the situation requires, they will get it done in a professional, honest and courteous way. They are loyal to their customers and that is why their customers are loyal to them. That is hard to find these days. Bravo Rocket Cooling team. You had a good teacher.

Techs are great. But, you never receive call backs as promised. Have to aggressively pursue them to get a status. Communication is lacking.

Rocket Cooling handled our a/c problem. They are always attentive to our needs and have always tried to get us scheduled as quick as possible. We are very pleased with their service.

Had agreement with previous company. Rocket contacted us and came out provided the remainder of the service, making suggestions which we will consider. They informed me that we can continual the same bi-annual contract at a reduced rate. We will take advantage of that offer. Maintenance man was very proficient, thorough and respected us as customers.

After business hours Mike fixed my mom's a/c and didn't leave until she had air. Thank Thank you Mike for being so professional and knowledgeable.
