Our Service Technician Richard, was reliable, Knowledgeable, and very courteous. During his routine visit he discovered a faulty capacitor and replaced it on the spot.

We needed someone to come out right away and they came out at 10pm checked it and had the issue under control. Great and easy to work with.

They're response time was impressively fast. John got our AC running in no time at a very fair price. Ticket Cooling will be our go-to for anything AC.

Installed brand new system in a brand new house. I’ve had repairs on that system over 10 times in less than 2 years. Every time is a service and labor charge. Do not stand behind their work.

Rocket Cooling LLC is a business started June 2018 and is owned by Rocktide LLC, which was formerly Rocktide Realty LLC in 2014 and name changed to Rocktide LLC in 2016. Rocktide is owned by Daniel O. Peregrin and Elizabeth J. Peregrin. I would recommend getting at least three bids for any work over a few hundred dollars. I asked for a bid at their office on new equipment installation and received one while I waited, but they failed to send an email to confirm the price in writing. Two other companies had substantially lower prices by about 25% less as it turned out.

Jon and his team arrived on time, removed old units, and installed two new Trane units all in one morning. They were informative, quick, completed a quality job, and performed a thorough cleanup after the job.
