I’ve used this company for over a decade and service has always been 5 star but my last experience was truly exceptional. After diagnosis Kara kept me informed on parts order and then Tim spent several hours making sure we had ac that night. Very impressive and much appreciated.

Same day service. Tech showed up on time and completed the job efficiently. Tech was very professional and walked me through what he was doing and provided advice for how I could reduce the likelihood of the problem reoccurring. Overall a good experience and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I chose to call Stephen K. Denny because of the many 5 star reviews. We are purchasing a new pool heater. They came out the same day I called and covered all our options. Tim explained the differences in units in writing to make it easy to compare. We are very happy with everything so far and have no doubt that will not change with installation.

We've used SKD for years for our home's A/C and pool heater maintenance and service; but recently purchased a new home that involved a total renovation. They replaced all the duct work for us, reconnected the unit, put in a new drain line, installed vents, etc. Super happy with every aspect - staff is great, quality of work is great, price was great. Happy enough to immediately recommend them to a friend - I think they'll find as we did - they are a great company to work with!

Since we decided to have maintenance done twice a year, I called the company last week and they were able to schedule a service call within 3 days. The technician called me 15 minutes before he arrived at the scheduled time. He finished his work within an hour, cleaned up after himself and I was very satisfied with his communication with me.
This is exactly what I believe we should all expect from a provider so I would rate the company very highly.
