Kenneth arrived on time and was professional and friendly! He explained what he was doing and why, and showed me the details of how the system worked when I had questions. Kenneth went above and beyond by changing a filter high up and showing me another that needed to be changed. He is the kindest and most polite technician I've ever had!

From start to finish this was an excellent experience Frank the technician was beyond knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends, and whoever reads this review. I could not be more pleased.

A new ac system was installed last October and has been running smoothly. However , within the past week, I had a question about the usual drainage from it and was concerned. I called and Joe sent out a very well informed technician who looked into my question and checked everything out. He then explained in detail that what was happening was perfectly normal. He also mentioned the importance of semi annual maintenance which I appreciated. We will be following up on a regular basis so as to keep our system running well as long as we possibly can.

Frank could not have been more accommodating. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was personable, professional, and confident in his knowledge of a/c-heating maintenance. He offered an added service he did not "push", but explained the reason why he thought it was best for the system. I appreciated his approach and did add the extra coil protection and preventative measures.
I was very satisfied with the service.

I am happy with the service provided by Denny, but very dissatisfied with the Lennox unit they installed in 2017. It has required many repairs, including replacement of the evaporator twice. A minor gripe; when a rep came out to diagnose my problem, I didn't notice at the time that he disconnected the condensation drain. It dripped down the wall in the garage for three days. However, overall I feel they did a good job repairing the A/C.

I have used many AC vendors in my professional career- Stephen K Denny is super responsive, very professional and always takes the time to thoroughly explain any repairs needed. They provide personalized service and take pride in making customers happy, which is hard to find these days. They have helped me fix complicated situations and always accommodate anything I need. I have been using them for about a year and never had an issue with service or installation. Mike Adams is the reason Stephen K Denny is my go to company. In my years of managing property, I have never met someone so personable who genuinely wants to help customers as much as he does. There hasn’t been a question he cant answer and he picks up the phone every time I call. He is always willing to go above and beyond in every aspect which I am grateful for. Kenneth came by my house today to perform a HVAC Servicing. He was very professional, showed up on time, and was respectful of my home. I trusted Stephen Denny last year to replace my HVAC System and they did a terrific job with the service and install, both before and after. Sending a special thanks to Tim on their team for working with me to ensure we got the best service possible.

Another company came out and did nothing. They told me to have my condo clean the drain lines. My condo is saying they were doing it but yet I'm getting water backing up. Stephen k Denny's guy came out and I put him with the building maintenance man so he can make sure the correct drain lines were being cleaned. They were not. He also came in and cleaned out the lines to the main line or something like that but he went above and beyond and I got answers instead of drips. Great job guys. He really went the extra mile.

We replaced our air conditioning system this week and were extremely pleased with all aspects of the process. There was a issue with the size of the air handler in the attic. A manager was called in to assess the situation, and completed the installation the same day. All the staff seemed knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They did a great job from start to clean up. Mike, our sales rep, kept in contact to make sure the job was being completed to our satisfaction. The workers did not even break for lunch..just kept working until the job was done. We would highly recommend using them for your air conditioning needs!
