I scheduled a maintenance for my AC with Stephen k Denny and it was performed last week. I was extremely impressed with the technician, Kenneth. Kenneth got to work immediately and explained to me in plain language what he was doing so it made sense to me. He explained everything in a friendly way and showed me how dirty the coils on my outside unit were before cleaning them. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of work that was done. I am so glad I made the switch to this company!

It has been a long time since I can say that I was absolutely happy with an Air Conditioning Company. Our old system died and we had a few companies come in for an estimate. The salesman Mike came to my house and was extremely knowledgeable and super polite and nice. I felt like I knew him for years and he made us feel very comfortable about S.K.D. A/C. Not only did S.K.D. A/C already have great reviews, but they lived up to those reviews. Out of 4 companies, they came in with the best price for a top of the line A/C, plus their warranty is 2 years on their labor, where everyone else is only one year (which is an incredible deal). Salesman Mike made me feel like that I can trust his company. Installers Sherwin and Sam came to my house and were super nice, polite and did an amazing job. After my A/C was installed they did a incredible job on the clean up, better than it was originally . They are a Trane Comfort Specialist, a certification that they have to have special training from Trane and it shows. They just earned a customer for life and I have went through a lot of A/C companies. They were very professional, polite, clean, and thorough. I highly recommend this company for all of your A/C needs.

We have used Denny for years. They are professional and responsive. Most importantly, they aren't always finding something you need.

Appointment set up for same day. Serviceman called when 20 min
away. He was very polite & skilled. Turned out it was a very simple repair, but he found the problem right away.

Today, Frank Vellucci was my service technician. He rates above excellent and above expectations. Frank is courteous, clean, well mannered and knowledgeable. He explained all the services he was going to preform and why. After he completed the services, he went over the outcome with me.

I work for a fortune 200 company; therefore, the performance expectations are very high for us. The highest rating in our Perform Reviews is "Role Model". I would rate Frank as a "Role Model". I will not only continue using Stephen K Denny as my repair and service company, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know, due to my experience with Frank.

got a good quote on the ac replacement including extended labor warranty. This was what i was looking for. I also wanted someone who was responsive if there was any breakdowns and they confirmed that it was also available. The install went fine and they seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. So far they have exceeded by expectations and are friendly and easy to work with.

We want to send praises to Justin who came to our home on an emergency. He kept in touch with us and called when he was on his way, analyzed the problem and did the repair. He was polite, pleasant, efficient and helpful with questions we asked. We would recommend him highly. In fact, we will be requesting him for each service call.

We had an AC emergency and called Stephen K. Denny at 8:00 AM. They scheduled a tech to come between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM the same day. Glenn arrived at 12:10 PM. He was great, very courteous and professional. Our problem was a bad capacitor, Glenn had the spare part in his truck and by 12:30 PM our AC was up and running again. Great experience. Highly recommended!!!

Came out same day I called. Technician figured out what was wrong and had it fixed within a couple hours. Technician listened to all of my concerns and did a great job! Worth every penny!
