We’re new customers and so far impressed with their responsiveness taking care of our air conditioning system. The technician who came was professional and thorough.

We have used this company for many years. They are honest, organized, dependable, reasonably priced and most importantly, they hire a well-trained staff. Our annual maintenance was done today by Kenneth who was friendly, professional and efficient. He went the extra mile to explain exactly what he was doing and gave us good advice on maintaining our air conditioning unit. We gave him an A+ and a well-deserved tip!

Our pool heater quit working. The technician check the system out but couldn’t see any obvious issues. In his experience, he knew that the pressure drop across the pool filter might be too high, so he cleaned the pool filter. The system started working again. We were grateful that Tim was willing to do a “non” A/C related task to fix our system. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be calling Stephen K. Denny for our future A/C needs.

After awful experiences with my previous AC company that is done business with for more than 4 years, I made one phone call and within 3 hours from dialing the number, my problem of 6 months was fixed. All with a smile and thanking ME for my business when I was the one that was in awe of their professionalism and I and the Team thank you!

My ac has not been keeping up with the hot summer I called Steven k Denny the tech was friendly and professional. I was told I needed a new evaporator coil and that I would get a quote the next day. It’s been 3 days and I have heard a thing from the company. I called twice and was told oh yeah we’ll have a quote for you by the end of the day. Still zero response. Needless to say they’ve lost my business.

On March 10,2023 Steven K. Denny instilled my new Ac/ heat strip unit. The heat strip Had to be ordered separately and was installed March 16. Today March 17 I called back as the heat did not come on, only fan type air. The glitch was due to minor thermostat wiring. The problem was taken care of the same day and everything is working great. I have used them many times over the years and they are very good.

HVAC was repaired efficiently and effectively. But you have to pay a hefty fee for emergency service outside of normal business hours. Still, in South FLorida, if your A/C is out, you pay rather than wait until Monday for service. I knew that going into this. They always do good work. It’s just pricey on the weekends. Too bad they don’t have a yearly maintenance agreement to cover those times. I’d buy it.

We appreciate a quick response when our AC stopped cooling!! The service person was courteous and professional! He wore shoe covers, too! It’s wonderful to be cool again!
