DJ and Rob showed up in a timely manner to install my new ac unit!! They were both very professional! They both went above and beyond to help me understand and learn the new thermostat, UV lights and measure for new filters! Great company! Will continue to do business with this company!!

I had a new system installed a month ago and have had several check up calls from Airco making sure everything was operating properly and to make sure I was happy with the new system.

If you want careless workers who leave your gates open letting your animals out to almost get hit by traffic after clearly telling them and having signs saying to “keep gate shut” they decided that shutting a gate was to much work or just lacked the care and competence to do that it. I tried to call Airco about the matter requesting a call back and a simple apology, They never returned my phone call. This is after purchasing a brand new system for over 5k, I guess your value as a customer goes as far as them just receiving your money.

Since I cannot respond to owner I will edit my post to make my response because lying will not be tolerated, that gate is never open and unless you have video evidence to support your claim you are just lying to protect your employees/ reputation, now after your technicians failed to find the problem after their last time here a week ago I checked my 88 year old great grandmothers thermostat to find the batteries are corroded and there are missing pieces on the back of the thermostat, now that would indicate to me that your technicians didn’t even check that when making their service call. Showing further irresponsibility and ignorance. I never received a phone call to hear any apology and we have a voicemail box that isn’t full that has no messages indicating that you attempted to call or apologize for the irresponsibility of your technicians, now after my 88 year old great grandmother has called you today about this concern you black mail us by saying you refuse to make things right unless I take my post down. I will be proceeding with sharing my terrible experience and your terrible treatment of someone’s home, animals and the elderly.

Have relied on Airco for years. Technicians are the best! Have kept our original AC running smoothly, without costing $$$$. Best AC company in PBC. Keep up the great work. Special thanks to employee James.
