I had maintenance today. Josh where's my technician. He's absolutely a professional very kind and courteous

Even though our air conditioner is under warranty for parts they want to charge us over 500.00 for labor to change a fan motor out . It is the same fan motor they changed out a year and a half ago!
They ended up charging $456 for their labor. When the service man came to look at it it took him two minutes to determine that it was the fan motor. He used no equipment . They came back three days later to install it, that is where the rest of the labor came in. It took him half an hour to install it. I understand they have to pick up parts and drop off parts, but seriously, 4 1/2 hours in labor?

After meeting with several contractors, I chose AirCo to install a new 5 ton Rheem unit. The owner was very professional and straight forward. After assessing our needs, he provided a fair estimate and work diligently to locate a unit and set an install time. Text message reminders and check ins were provided along the way. The install team was extremely detailed, clean, and professional. I had an issue with the new unit two months in and it was handed immediately. Highly recommend choosing AirCo for your HVAC needs.

James at Airco arrived on time, went above and beyond to evaluate/troubleshoot the problem and helped us to settle on a new system that didn’t break the bank. They installed quickly and gave me peace of mind the work was done right. I highly recommend Airco.
