I have been using Air Co for years and they have not only done well for me. I have referred them to all of my friends and clients and everyone says the same thing about how great they are!!!!!

In an area where there are many AC companies to choose from it is really the customer service that makes the difference. I got about 8 quotes some higher and one lower. However, Shawn had been the person I liked best. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time, communicative and not pushy. From the moment I received a quote he and Kelly were beyond easy to reach. No automated phone line, no getting a different person every time you call....they were available by text and responsive. Shawn was able to find a quality unit in my price range that would fit in a tight spot. Every time they came by they chatted for a while and were clearly not rushing from customer to customer. I felt valued.

The team that arrived to install the unit were prompt, extremely tidy and very respectful. They left everything in top shape and I felt comfortable leaving my house opened to them.

In an age where getting a person on a phone, much less the same person is hard to find, AirCo is in a completely different category. Top notch service, Top notch people.
