With First Air, we feel like we have found a company that is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, with some other companies we have not had this type of experience. Our technician Emis was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing during and after the repair process in great detail. He showed us the damaged items and before and after photos. You do not feel like he is doing and charging you for work that does not truly need to be done. I would have no problem recommending First Air to anyone. Once again, our technician Emis did an outstanding job and explained everything he did and why he did it.

I have used First Air for 17 years in every capacity. They do very good work and treat you with kindness. They are very fair in pricing and if they did do something wrong they stand behind their work. I work with many vendors but First Air is number 1. Emis is one of there employees and does excellent work.

Leo was very kind and courteous. He came within his window frame. Answered any questions I had. Took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was going to do. He looked professional and his partner also. He was not bothered by my questions. I liked the pictures First Air always gives you of your unit. I would definitely recommend Leo and First Air.

Upon returning home after several days we discovered that one of our ac units was not operating. We called FirstAir and they responded within 2 hours. They quickly located a condensate line that was blocked and which caused the unit to shut down. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and also checked the other unit. This is a very fine company and cares for its clients in my opinion. I highly recommend FirstAir.
