They replaced the Faulty Thermastat and charged us a diagnostic fee of $118. They sold us the faulty thermostat and then charged us to replace it. Rip off

We have been using their maintenance program for many years and have always been satisfied with their work. Yesterday Frank was our service person. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Frank explained everything he was doing. I was especially appreciative of his knowledge base and his ability to answer all my questions. He made excellent suggestions as to how best we can care for our equipment. He did not rush and was very attentive to detail. I appreciated not only Franks professional attitude but also his kindness and sense of humor. It was obvious to me he loves what he does and takes pride in his work and its effect on his customers.
