Our Air Conditioner was on the fritz in Florida while I was up in New York. In less than 4 days I received a quote (which was fair and reasonable) and installed on the 4th day with an upgrade on the Air Handler may I add. Timothy in the office make it happen! As far as Stephen K Denny, Inc. worker Nathan & Sherwin, wow! They were ON TIME, professional and addressed every concern that I had. I would highly recommend this company.

I woke up to a hot house on a Saturday Morning. I called at approximately 7:15am and some one answered the phone surprisingly. The tech called back shortly after. He got here by 10am and thankfully issue was fixed by 11am. The Florida Heat right now is indexing in the low 100s so to get it fixed before that kicks in is Super! Thank you.

Nathan and Sherwin are professional, knowledgeable and provided quality work. They were timely and also installed our thermostat and explained how it worked manually and on our phone.

Very responsive - James and Glen both came over at different times to try and fix and intermittent problem with my pool heater. Good guys - not sure if fixed yet but all interactions with Denny have been good.

Wow! They were out the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Great price and they helped us get financing on the spot. This was a Friday and they pulled the permit and started the install Monday! Clean, neat, friendly, and professional, they kept us informed all the way through. Great job! Update: the inspector finally came out and a technician was here ahead of time to make sure everything was perfect. He knew what the inspector was looking for and made the visit short and sweet! Thank you for being professional, courteous, and efficient!

James arrived on time with a 40 minute phone call notice in route.
He left our house, and had to come back, for further trouble shooting, found 2 other major long term problems and repaired.

Great service! From start to finish they were exceptional. They came to our house within an hour of being called, quoted a great price on a whole new unit, and installed it within a few days. Salesman was excellent- very personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. The installers were professional and courteous and had our system installed rapidly and cool air blowing in record time. Stephen K Denny Air replaced my air conditioning system in September. They did an outstanding job through the entire process. Timothy initially came to my home to assess my situation, explained my options, and answered questions. He was very knowledgeable about his products and recommended a solution that worked for me. Timothy also reached out to me several times during and after the install to make sure all was going well.
Devon and Garfield meticulously installed both units in a timely manner paying attention to detail. They too were very knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. They cleaned up all the debris and removed my old units. Devon and Garfield also politely and patiently addressed my questions and concerns.
Finally, Denny Air followed up the install with a quality check to ensure the system was operating correctly and that I was satisfied. I am extremely pleased with the job Denny Air did for me. They truly want to do an all-around professional job.

Air conditioner purchased by from company and needed repair. They were responsive when i called and went overboard to see I was taken care of in a timely manner. Justin was professional, pleasant and an excellent representative of the company. Hard to find a company like this today. Kudos to them!!!
