I have used several a/c companies in the area. FINALLY got a referral to this company and couldn’t be happier. Tim came out today and took the initiative to resolve our ongoing pipe clogging problem which immediately saved us money. He was efficient, courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I hope I can save someone time and money trying to find the best area a/c company. It’s right here!!!

He was very professional and explained everything to us. You can tell he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on with our system. I had a wonderful experience last Friday with Drew Smith. I scheduled maintenance for the first time with Stephen K Denny. The American Standard system I have is complex, so when the maintenance gentleman by the name of Frank arrived, I explained the horrible experience I had with another company. I asked if he could check the programming to make sure everything is set up correctly and asked to speak with a supervisor. Drew not only came in person unscheduled, but he explained everything about the system and how everything worked. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

I will not be using any other air conditioning company for all my air conditioning needs, except Stephen K Denny, due to my experience. I hope you realize how valuable Drew and Frank are. Thank you.

Frank and Adam came do to routine maintinance on our system. They found I needed an air purifier. They were super helpful in getting it installed same day and answering all of my questions.
