We have used Stephen K. Denny for several years. They installed our original two air conditioner units in 2015 and have serviced our needs since. We recently had a problem with one of the units and it turned out to be a coil that had leaked refrigerant both in the evaporater and also in the compressor. The technician that came out's name was Josue. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was also very polite. We also had a discussion with one of these managers over the phone named Drew. Drew was extremely professional and understanding with my concerns and we're able to resolve everything to both of our satisfaction. They responeded to my home the same day I called. I will continue to use Stephen K. Denny to service my home air conditioning needs.

Amazing service!! Whether an Emergency or Maintenance Call, they handle it ALL! The technician was there within a couple of hours! He was personable, knowledgeable and exceptionally thorough addressing all aspects of our unit! The Staff is professional and courteous! We’ve done business w SKD for at least 8 years now. For the most part their service te CB s are really good and on time. This time Frank V. was at our house. He was training someone. Both were professional. He did regular maintenance but thorough enough to find a weak fuse that could break at any point which we were totally unaware of.

Kenneth was our service tech, very friendly, knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C service.
