Had a noise coming from my attic so I called Elite to check it out since I had a new unit installed by them last year. They checked it out and found that my damper was going bad. Ivan took a video of the part in action which was very reassuring. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Amazing service and on time! The team that serviced our unit were extremely kind to our dogs and respectful to our home and belongings. Service was performed quickly and thoroughly, the before and after pictures were the best part! Thanks for making our air cleaner!

Mel and his partner worked diligently. We’re knowledgeable and most importantly we’re not pushy to sell services. They made recommendations but did not push me for additional services. We had Elite install our AC and come out every year for a pre-summer use check up. Today Marshal was polite, thorough and gave us helpful maintenance tips. We’re very happy with Elite’s responsiveness.

These guys are the real deal! Technician sent a text message along with his picture as well as his rating before he was dispatched to my home. I had a zoning issue that 2 other companies couldn’t figure out. Brian was able to not only figure out the issue but was able to get all 4 zones operating and fully functional in under a couple of hours! Brian charged a fair price and was very professional. Micah had a good personality. He was very respectful and asked permission when locating interior and exterior parts of the system.
