David Gray

I have used David Gray for Plumbing for 25 years. They are excellent. The last 8 or so years I have been using them for HVAC and they are fantastic. The latest team they sent lead by Savannah was thorough and on point. They were responsive, smart, and very professional!

Our AC wasn’t working and after my various troubleshooting, I knew I needed to call someone to come out. Melissa answered my call for help (she was so helpful and courteous!) and sent out Tanner to save the day. It was his last stop for the day and he was able to assess the situation quickly. It was our capacitor that needed replacing. He replaced it and was able to explain to us the overall health of our unit. He was patient, informative and so kind. David Gray is our go to! Thanks guys!

The best experience!!! Nico Thomas was Very professional, extremely transparent and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us and gave great tips to keep up with basic maintenance. Answered every question we had. Called and they came out with in the next 2 hours. Fast, patient and reasonably priced! Call center was great as well! Very friendly and super sweet! 10/10 recommend

We had Savannah come out to service our AC that wasn’t working. She was awesome! She was very helpful, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use y’all again.

My technician, Brian, was pleasant, prompt, reliable, efficient, and courteous. He fully explained the duct cleaning procedure and patiently answered my few questions. He did a superb job, and nicely cleaned everything up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the stellar service!

Savannah was great! She came and fixed my AC later in the evening so my son and I weren’t sweating to death in this FL heat! She was fast and efficient and even taught me a little bit! She walked me through step by step what she was doing, and explained what I need to be doing to keep our AC running good. You guys are my go to for any heating and cooling issues we might have.

Intelligent proficient efficient knowledgeable and friendly. Also gives veterans discounts. Highly recommend. Straight up and respectable. We had Tanner as our Technician that was out to give us a second opinion. The first company claimed we would need to replace parts and would be 2600 (this is after 1 previous repair). Tanner realized our system was not communicating correctly, made adjustments and saw no need for any replacement to happen. Great and thorough work!
