Every encounter we’ve had with the professionals at David Gray has been awesome. From the schedulers to the installation, repair and cleaning professionals, we have been very impressed with all. Topping it off, yesterday, Tanner and Josue were absolutely fantastic. They did an awesome job getting our system clean and were polite, professional and thorough in cleaning up before they left. Came out on weekend night, diagnosed problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Great service!

My husband and I noticed a leak in the ceiling where the vents were and realized it was our ac unit. After some investigation we had an idea that we probably had a clogged pipe. Luckily I was able to get a tech out the next day. He was able to clear the pipe and fix one of the other pipes that we didn't even know was problematic. Hamid was our tech and he was very professional and helpful in educating us on what we need to do to avoid problems in the future and problems we should be on the lookout for. I would recommend Hamid to anyone I come across having any issues. Thank you so much!!

My air conditioner stopped working on May 9, 2022. I called David Gray customer service and they dispatched Mike Olsen, from heating and air, to address our issue. Mike was responsive and professional. He took his time and clearly explained all that was happening. My husband and I are very pleased with the service from Mike and will not hesitate to call again if needed. It was a pleasure to meet Mike and we are extremely pleased with the service he provided.

Tanner and Niko created vent access for a new range hood. The job was a bit more complicated than they anticipated, but they were very professional and knowledgeable about the process. I was very happy with their work and they were very polite. Thanks Tanner!
