I really appreciated the service I recieved. Elliot was very professional and informative. AC is blowing nice and cold now and I was given great advice on maitaining that. I will definitely be using this company again.

Put in the request online and had a call within 5 min and a next day scheduled appointment. Technician Mike was on time and called on his way to get some details and knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it on arrival. Very professional and efficient.

As a first-time home owner, I spend most of my weeks calling & scheduling to have things worked on/looked at around the house.
I’ve had to deal with many companies who are unable to communicate with me effectively, are not punctual, & care more about money than actually fixing the problem.
David Gray Heating & Cooling is NOT one of these companies.

The day I called they were able to schedule an estimate for the NEXT DAY (awesome). When Mike came out he was able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong and they came out the next morning to fix it (even more awesome). Most companies seem to send some jo-blow who can’t give me clear definitive answers and then expect me to pay thousands for some mystery repair, which not only wastes my time, but theirs too.

Mike & his partners did all the work efficiently & answered all of my crazy & detailed questions about how our AC & zoning systems work.

I now not only have working AC & thermostats, I have knowledge on how these processes work.

IF I EVER NEED ANYMORE HVAC REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE , I will be calling David Gray! THANKS MIKE!

We required air conditioning service on a Saturday. Mike Olsen arrived later in the day, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the part quickly. He was was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very good company. They do what they say they will do and show up on time. Techs are professional too.

Elliot was absolutely amazing and helpful. Explained as he went so I didn't have to ask questions at the end, quick and efficient and smelled great too.

Jose & Bryan showed up on time, were very respectful, and did a great job installing our new AC. They explained to us everything that they did and how to work the new thermostat. They also made sure to clean up their work space (sweeping up the floor) before they left which was really nice! 10/10 service! (: Thank you Jose & Bryan!
