Victor and his co-worker came out to my home to clean the air ducts in my home, the dryer vent, and provide an A/C check. I also signed up for a separate A/C tune-up. Upon arrival, Victor was honest and told me the tune-up wasn't needed and cancelled the additional technician. Honesty has been a hard thing to come by for me when it comes to contractors, so I truly appreciated this. All-in-all, they were expeditious, thorough, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Victor, his co-worker, and Elite. Thank you.

I called them about a week ago to get a quote, today I have a new ac in my house! DJ and Dee did the install and were very professional, got it done really quick. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

We've always had a good experience with Elite. However, yesterday, they blew us away. We had a no cool situation and called for service. They were able to get a tech to us the same afternoon since we have a baby. Brandon was polite and professional and got the problem fixed for us quickly. Thank you so much, Elite.

I am a unhappy customer as I was cheated out my service. Kalvin came and mentioned of my moms drain being clogged, and we proceed to continue service. At the end of service and due for payment, I advised that I didn't hear the fan cut on when turning on A/C system. I mentioned this to him before payment and he advised that the coils were cold and to basically give it some time to cool back up the house. He advised that the air wouldn't be at the best quality because there was some cleaning that also needed to be done. But hours later, air never circulated in the home. I am truly unhappy. I called and the manager Rebecca never returned our phone call. Money down the drain.

Anytime you are without AC, on 90 degree days is horrible. Robert Hudson with ELITE AC was professional and did a great job. Our system was upgraded and we were very pleased with the results!

I just want to commend the technician, Brandon, on his responsiveness and the time he took to ensure our a/c was cooling before he left. It was late, at the end of the work day, and he was so compassionate about the fact that we had a baby at the house who would be uncomfortable without a cooling a/c. We just really appreciate that he showed he cared about our situation and issue. While the issue requires a follow up to ensure there isn’t a bigger problem, he had a plan, and we, at least for now, have a cool house. Thanks!

We are very pleased with the service we received. First, Brandon came to evaluate our needs. He was the last of 4 companies that came, so we were familiar with presentations. He offered good suggestions based on his knowledge and provided a better price for a more efficient system. He even got us an appointment for installation within a few days. The installers (DJ and Devin) were equally impressive. They were profesional, polite, and got busy getting the work done. These three young men represent their company very well and we are happy to have done business with them.
