    When our old AC died we called Ghadi and Elite AC. They installed the new system and it has worked great. They were great and the experience was easy. I also referred my parents who felt the same of their full install they just had done.

    A couple days ago the house was not cooling. We were getting ready to leave for vacation. I called in the morning and the woman who answered (didn't catch name) was very pleasant. By midday Mathew came out and took good care of us. Turned out to be the wrong filter.

    Nothing but positive things to say about this company. The people have been great and the product is doing what it's supposed to do.

    Great job by these guys. New unit with UV filter, all new duct work in attic, added 2 vents, and the old stuff removed. Took far less time than expected, was shocked how quiet they were given what needed to be done in the attic, and they left no mess behind. Highly recommend.

    Extremely disappointing. We scheduled an appointment for an AC tune up and a quote for a new system. I clearly told the rep on the phone that I am not free until 430. The rep agreed and said no problem. On the day of the appointment, the tech texts me a little after 3 and says he'll be there in 30 minutes - 1 hour before I advised them I'm free. I should have just cancelled the appointment then, but I give them a chance to make it right. After I tell him again I'm not free until 4:30, the tech says he'll be here at 5 instead. At 5:35 with no update from the tech or the company, I ask him if he'll be here by 6. He simply says no, he's running late. That's it. No apology. I wait until 6:20 and after not hearing from him at all again, I text to cancel the appointment. He simply says ok. No apology that our valuable time was wasted and couldn't have cared less that they lost our business. We will gladly use someone else who values their customers.

    *Update after reading their ridiculous response below.* Why not just tell the truth and promise to do better instead of trying to spin it like it's the customers fault? I was called after my initial review by this anything but elite company to apologize and to say that the tech was written up for poor communication and wasting 3 hours of our time. They also said they'd come out to perform an additional service that I didn't ask for initially, but only if I agreed to delete my review. I said that I wouldn't delete it as if it never happened, but I would be glad to add a positive update if they made it right. The lady said she'd check with the boss and let me know. Shockingly, I never heard back. Instead, their attempt at damage control states the customer was at fault and accepting no responsibility. Simply embarrassing.

Highly impressed as a business owner myself. 5 Star Service. Both of these gentlemen deserve a raise for the exceptional service.

    Your guys (Paul and DJ) just finished installing a new 4 ton Carrier heat pump (in and out). Wendell was also here at the start. Close on 100 years of experience between the three of them so I am betting I got the best start for my new units. They were very professional and efficient. Nice installation.
